Instructions for removing your Swift account


Send an email to support@theticketkeeper.com, with subject 'Swift Account Removal'.

Include your account username which you would like to be removed in the body of the email.

Your account will be removed, and all data permanently erased within 5 working days.

We will reply to your email with confirmation when removal is complete. Your email address will not be retained on file.

Personal details which will be removed are:

Forename, surname, mobile number, username, and any travel tickets issued to your account.
